Corrective action should occur within defined scope and client authorization.
Education is not certification. Programs may provide a Certificate of Completion or documentation of instructional hours. GIRI Local does not currently represent completion as “Certified LBVM Professional” or “Certified GLVS Assessor.” A future certification system would require separate competency, examination, governance, ethics and renewal standards.
Professional education can draw on GIRI publications covering foundations, principles, professional practice, assessment, the GLVS™ framework and terminology. Publication links are provided contextually as titles become available.
