Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Policy applies to the $99 GIRI Local Visibility Inspection purchased through the website. A separate written agreement may establish different rules for another service.

Before inspection work begins

You may request cancellation and a full refund before GIRI Local begins research or inspection work. Submit the request promptly to sales@girilocal.com and include the purchaser’s name, business name and transaction details needed to locate the payment.

After work begins

Once research or inspection work begins, the $99 fee is nonrefundable because professional time and diagnostic resources have been committed.

Completed inspections

A completed inspection cannot be returned or refunded because the findings do not recommend additional services, the score differs from expectations or the purchaser decides not to proceed with repairs. The inspection is a diagnostic and does not guarantee rankings, platform approval, leads, sales or revenue.

Our inability to perform the inspection

If GIRI Local determines that the business is ineligible, the requested scope is unavailable or we otherwise cannot reasonably perform the purchased inspection, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Duplicate or accidental payments

Verified duplicate or accidental charges will be refunded to the original payment method. Send billing requests to billing@girilocal.com.

Onboarding and delivery timing

The delivery target is five business days after payment and complete onboarding information are received. Missing, inaccurate or delayed information pauses the delivery timeline. One reasonable onboarding extension or rescheduling request may be granted before work begins.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. Financial institutions and payment processors control when the credit appears after submission.
