These Terms govern your use of GIRILocal.com and online purchases from GIRI Local LLC. By using this website or purchasing a website-listed service, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the applicable purchase page.

Website information

This website provides general information about GIRI Local and its services. Content may be updated without notice and is not a promise of any particular business outcome.

Services and written scope

GIRI Local offers visibility launch, snapshot, inspection, repair, management and customer-recovery services. Except for a clearly defined online purchase, paid work is governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, invoice, order or service agreement. A specific written scope controls if it conflicts with a general website description.

$395 Visibility Inspection

The online Visibility Inspection covers one business location and a 64-point standardized assessment across the eight GLVS™ visibility dimensions, with dimension scores, documented findings, relevant competitive context where appropriate, priority observations and a concise findings report. It is a diagnostic—not implementation. Delivery is targeted within five business days after payment and complete onboarding information are received. Missing, inaccurate or delayed information may extend the delivery period.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Square. You authorize the stated charge when you complete checkout. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Duplicate or accidental payments are handled under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Cancellations and refunds

Refund eligibility for the $395 Visibility Inspection depends on whether inspection work has begun. The complete rules are incorporated into these Terms through our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Client responsibilities and authorization

You agree to provide accurate information, confirm that you have authority to request work for the identified business and authorize GIRI Local to inspect publicly accessible business information. Do not submit passwords, card information, private customer data, medical information or other highly sensitive personal data through onboarding forms.

Third-party platforms

Search engines, directories, review platforms, AI services, phone carriers, payment processors and software providers operate independently. GIRI Local does not control their algorithms, verification, approval, indexing, availability, policies or outcomes.

No guarantees

GIRI Local does not guarantee search rankings, platform approval, indexing, calls, leads, appointments, sales, revenue, financing, review removal or other third-party results. Findings and recommendations reflect the inspected scope and evidence available at the time.

The GIRI Ecosystem

GIRI Local LLC provides the services described on this website. The broader GIRI ecosystem includes organizations and initiatives with distinct research, publishing, advisory and financial roles, including GIRI Institute, GIRI Press, GIRI Advisory Group and GIRI Finance. A referral, external link or shared brand relationship does not by itself make another GIRI organization a party to your GIRI Local engagement unless an applicable agreement or arrangement states otherwise.

Intellectual property

GIRI Local names, frameworks, assessment systems, reports, written materials, visual assets and methodologies are protected to the extent permitted by law. Purchasing a service does not transfer ownership of GIRI Local’s underlying methodologies or reusable materials. You may use your client-specific deliverable internally for legitimate business purposes unless the applicable agreement states otherwise.

Acceptable website use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or unlawful information, copy protected materials for resale or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. GIRI Local disclaims implied warranties relating to website availability and general informational content. Any warranties for paid work must be expressly stated in the applicable written scope.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GIRI Local will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from website use, third-party platforms or general informational content. Any liability for a website-purchased $395 Visibility Inspection will not exceed the amount paid for that inspection, except where a limitation is prohibited by law.

Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses or expenses arising from information you submit without authority, your unlawful use of the website or your material violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law and severability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless applicable law requires otherwise.
