Information you provide

We may collect your name, business name, business and personal contact information, website address, Google Business Profile or Maps link, service area, industry, services, competitors, target markets, visibility concerns, preferred contact method and other information you voluntarily submit. Do not provide Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, medical information, passwords, private customer lists or other highly sensitive personal data through general website forms, email or other channels not specifically designated for that purpose.

Payment information

Payments for the $395 Visibility Inspection are processed by Square. GIRI Local does not receive or store your complete payment-card number through this website. Square’s collection and handling of payment information are governed by Square’s own terms and privacy practices.

Website and technical information

Our hosting, security and network providers may automatically process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps and diagnostic logs. At the effective date above, GIRI Local does not intentionally deploy third-party advertising pixels or behavioral advertising trackers on this website.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; process onboarding; provide snapshots, inspections and other services; communicate about purchases and service delivery; maintain records; prevent abuse; improve operations; enforce agreements; and comply with legal obligations.

Public-source research

Our visibility services may review publicly available business information, websites, directories, search results, reviews, maps, AI-search representations and other public-facing sources. Relevant public information may be documented as evidence in a client deliverable.

Email, telephone and SMS

If you contact us or request service, we may respond using the contact method you provide. Consent to receive service-related communications is not consent to receive unrelated automated marketing. Message and data rates may apply to SMS communications. You may ask us to stop nonessential text messages at any time.

How information may be shared

We do not sell personal information. GIRI Local operates within a broader GIRI ecosystem that includes organizations and initiatives with distinct research, publishing, advisory and financial roles, including GIRI Institute, GIRI Press, GIRI Advisory Group and GIRI Finance. Each organization, website, service or initiative may maintain its own terms, privacy practices, engagement arrangements and responsibilities as applicable. A referral, external link, shared brand relationship or association within the GIRI ecosystem does not by itself make another GIRI organization a party to an engagement with GIRI Local LLC.
